Jam it where the frog doesn’t sing

June 28th, 2005 | Considered to be Reality

Just when I thought the world couldn’t become more annoying with its absolutely ridiculous obsessions, I have to find this turd of a frog. Everyone by now should have heard someone talk about the “crazy frog”, hear an endless advertisements about it on television or see them around on the Internet; heaven forbid, you may have even heard the frog jittering away with its annoying sounds on someones cell phone.

I can’t believe how far this crazy frog phase has gone, either! So much so that every time I hear the advertisements, I want to make my relevision takes its rightful place on the rocks under my window. The creators of this “awesome” idea even decided to rake in more money by releasing it as a single. Yeah, the very thing I’ve ever wanted is to hear the local store playing the crazy frog song as I shop.

Personally, I can’t wait for this craze to die down. The ringtone or the tune itself is not a stroke of genius, not to mention the fact that the creator has to piggyback off the Axel Foley tune in order to increase its popularity and catchy effects. I blame the UK for being so pathetic that they swarm all over this absolutely annoying and irritating creation.

I hope they never dare try their hand at more annoying ringtones that turn into “music singles”. That isn’t a single, it’s random sounds created that sound like gibberish and span over a period of time repeating itself. Go find some real talent and real creativity and stop encouraging people to push this kind of bullshit.
